1 . In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products.
Throughout our project we have developed our understanding of the software we use to make our thriller and more about the procedures in the film industry. We appreciate more the challenge involved in making our thriller look realistic and professional.

2. How does your media product represent particular social groups?
Our thriller doesn't focus or portray a particular social group.

3. What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
I believe the thriller could be released in cinemas, as there is a big audience for these types of films. Our main inspiration in was "The Eye" which did well in cinemas. The production company of this film was
and the it won 2 awards. This shows that the film could have the potential to do well if marketed correctly.

4. Who would be the audience for your media product?
We decided our thriller would fit under the certificate of a 15 certificate. Violence may be moderate and Strong language may be used, however if we chose not to use the strong laugage then it could be a 12.

5. How did you attract/address your audience?
Depending on the chosen certificate it would be suitable for a wide range of people aged 12 to adults. The aim of the opening sequence was to leave the audience with many questions drawing them in the watch the rest of the film.

6. What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing the product?
I have developed my understanding of final cut and how to upload, cut, delete and edit footage. I have learnt techniques like slowing, and speeding up the footage, making selected footage black and white, and trail and error in the sense of making the footage flow. These are techniques can transform the footage into a good piece of work, and help make it more effective.
I have learnt more about photoshop which we used the product our logo 'Stella Productions' . I learnt how to build the logo from layers and cut it to make it fit a frame.
I have learnt more about garage band and how to make a basic music sound track. I will develop my understanding of the software as we complete the thriller soundtrack as i feel i need to learnt more about how to fit the sound to the footage effectively.
